CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. This role focuses on hands-on loan processing, borrower documentation, and closing coordination, not a generic real estate coordinator position.
You will manage loan files from submission to closing, track appraisals, communicate with underwriters and lenders, and assist with lead follow-up, basic marketing, and CRM/LOS updates.
Formación
- Direct mortgage or lending experience in US-based roles is required.
- Hands-on US mortgage loan processing and borrower documentation.
- Familiarity with mortgage terminology and closing procedures.
- Experience working with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, and title companies.
- Lead follow-up and cold calling experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Process loan files from submission through closing.
- Order, coordinate, and track appraisals.
- Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
- Follow up with borrowers on outstanding requirements.
- Review and help clear underwriting conditions.
- Communicate with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and partners.
- Track loan progress and maintain records in CRM/LOS.
- Update loan status and borrower information in systems.
- Assist loan officers with lead follow-up and cold calling.
- Support basic marketing and social media activities when applicable.
- Provide administrative and operational support to mortgage professionals.
