CS Outsource is seeking an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to support US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers remotely. This role focuses on hands-on loan processing, borrower documentation, and closing coordination, not a generic real estate coordinator position.

You will manage loan files from submission to closing, track appraisals, communicate with underwriters and lenders, and assist with lead follow-up, basic marketing, and CRM/LOS updates.

Formación

• Direct mortgage or lending experience in US-based roles is required.
• Hands-on US mortgage loan processing and borrower documentation.
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology and closing procedures.
• Experience working with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, and title companies.
• Lead follow-up and cold calling experience is a plus.

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Virtual Assistant to provide direct support to US-based mortgage brokers and loan officers.

This is NOT a general real estate transaction coordinator position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience in the US mortgage/lending industry who understands loan processing, underwriting conditions, borrower documentation, and the closing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage loan files from submission through closing
• Order, coordinate, and track appraisals
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation
• Follow up with borrowers regarding outstanding requirements
• Review and help clear underwriting conditions
• Communicate directly with underwriters, lenders, title companies, and other lending partners
• Track loan progress and maintain accurate records
• Update CRM/LOS systems with loan status and borrower information
• Assist loan officers with lead follow-up and cold calling when needed
• Support basic marketing and social media activities, when applicable
• Provide administrative and operational support to mortgage professionals

Required Experience — Non-Negotiable

Applicants must have direct mortgage or lending experience in a role such as:

• Loan Processor
• Mortgage Broker Assistant
• Loan Officer Assistant
• Mortgage Virtual Assistant

You should have hands-on experience with:

• US mortgage loan processing
• Borrower documentation and follow-up
• Mortgage terminology and closing procedures
• Working directly with loan officers, underwriters, lenders, and/or title companies

Candidates with only general real estate, transaction coordination, or real estate VA experience will not be considered.

Nice to Have

• Bilingual English/Spanish or another language
• Experience with mortgage CRM/LOS platforms such as Encompass, Calyx, Arive and GoHighLevel
• Cold calling and lead generation experience
• Borrower communication and follow-up experience
• Basic marketing or social media experience

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with US mortgage professionals. You should be able to manage multiple loan files, follow up consistently, communicate professionally, and understand the urgency and accuracy required throughout the lending process.
