CS Outsource is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Closing & Operations Coordinator to support transactions across government and private bank portfolios. This role ensures smooth closing processes, accurate data management, and timely reporting.

You will coordinate closings, liaise with internal teams and third parties, maintain transaction data, and produce monthly reports in a fast-paced environment across multiple portfolios.

Formación

• Proven experience in real estate closings, transaction coordination, or similar role.
• Familiarity with government and private bank real estate processes is highly preferred.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management or real estate software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and coordinate real estate closings for government and private bank transactions.
• Liaise with internal teams, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure timely and accurate closings.
• Input and maintain transaction data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare and compile monthly marketing and performance reports.
• Submit property inspection reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Collect, verify, and organize documentation related to Cash for Keys agreements.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all closing requirements.
• Maintain organized records and ensure all files are up to date.
