Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a System Support Specialist to ensure accurate configuration, testing, and delivery of insurance products across policy administration and operations systems. The role reports to the Systems Support Manager and combines system support with product execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in system support or related roles, with experience in regulated environments and strong analytical skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in system support, product operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and accountability.
• Experience with customer experience, system support, and operational execution.

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional and user acceptance testing across development, cycle, staging, and production environments.
• Ensure system and product changes are implemented accurately across platforms and workflows.
• Provide end-user technical support and guidance for internal and external users.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system and product-related issues using ticketing/case management tools.
• Collaborate with Systems, Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to support launches and updates.
