Porch Group is seeking a Booking Specialist in Colombia to remotely support homeowners who submit project leads. You will book appointments, explain the value of Porch handymen, and match homeowners with the right professionals for their home projects.

You will work with RemoFirst as the Employer of Record, ensuring smooth day-to-day guidance from Porch Group while employment is legally administered in Colombia. English communication is essential for success.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles
• Retail/hospitality/call center experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal English communications
• Deliver world-class customer experience while balancing business needs
• Team and solution-oriented
• Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
• Experience with global/US teams preferred
• Quiet workspace with internet 30 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up

Responsabilidades

• Assist homeowners who submitted a lead form and book appointments for their projects
• Explain Porch services and ensure proper match with professionals
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and documentation
