Porch Group is seeking a Property Data Specialist in Colombia to help build an industry-leading understanding of residential properties. You will identify and record key features, track details, and train our learning systems with close to zero errors.

You will work with product and engineering teams, requiring strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines from a remote workspace.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Examine property documents to identify key information.
• Validate correctness of information online and add details when possible.
• Add information to the property record accurately and consistently.
• Manage caseloads to ensure quick turnaround and positive experience.
• Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Meet metrics for the role.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
