• Verifies accuracy, completeness, and authorizations of activities; corrects data as needed.
• Monitors daily workloads to meet service levels and timelines.
• Prepares and checks returns and reports; investigates exceptions and responds to cases as required.
• Provides guidance and training to other team members and supports process changes.
