INGEPSY is seeking a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support a US-based mental health practice. This remote role handles patient calls, scheduling for multiple therapists, and basic front‑office tasks.

You must have at least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience, strong English communication, and experience with SimplePractice.

Formación

• At least 2 years of US healthcare administrative experience.
• Experience in mental health/behavioral health practice is strongly preferred.
• Experience with patient scheduling and insurance verification.
• SimplePractice experience is REQUIRED!
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with productivity monitoring software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer patient calls, texts, and callbacks.
• Schedule appointments for multiple therapists.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Review and submit claims in SimplePractice.
• Support daily front-office operations and collaborate with the team.
