Job summary

Rankings.io is seeking a versatile RevOps Specialist to serve as an independent HubSpot resource for our Revenue Operations team. This remote contract role focuses on building workflows, managing properties, and handling data with tight timelines.

You will work closely with the US team, report to the VP of RevOps, and contribute to project-based HubSpot work including pipeline changes and system cleanups.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in RevOps, marketing operations, or CRM admin.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience building workflows.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot properties, objects and data structure.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data imports/cleanup.
• Able to shift between projects and priorities quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Experience in legal or professional services is a plus.
• Contractor security: maintain endpoint security software as required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain HubSpot workflows for sales and marketing.
• Create, update, and organize HubSpot properties and fields.
• Import, clean, update, and validate records; support bulk updates.
• Lead scoped, project-based HubSpot work from intake to delivery.
• Handle ad hoc HubSpot requests with fast turnaround.
• Document workflows, field definitions, and changes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to translate needs into HubSpot solutions.
