Coupa is seeking a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist to focus on marketing automation and sales enablement, joining our global Marketing team.

You’ll ensure the health and efficiency of campaigns, templating, automations, and lead scoring to accelerate the pipeline. Collaborating with North America and South America teams, you’ll leverage tools like Marketo, LeanData, Outreach, Salesforce and Tableau to drive measurable results while maintaining data integrity.

Formación

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B demand generation.
• Experience with marketing automation and sales processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support build, deployment and optimization of Marketing/Sales/Lead Management via automation tools including templates, workflows, triggers, smart campaigns, lead scoring, QA.
• Ensure all marketing efforts are set up for measurability and attribution.
• Collaborate with digital and field marketing to identify gaps and improve sequences and tool setups.
• Work with Marketing/Sales Leadership to ensure teams use tools effectively and update based on data.
• Support use of sales enablement tools and liaise with support to roll out features.
• Maintain data integrity through auditing programs and cleanup.
