Somewhere is seeking a Marketing Manager (Certifications & Events) to drive campaigns for professional cohorts, conferences, and virtual events. The role focuses on email, social media, paid advertising, and website updates to maximize enrollment.

The ideal candidate will manage cross-channel messaging, CRM automations (ManyChat), and promotional copy while monitoring enrollment conversions. This is a remote role serving the Philippines and Latin America markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in professional training, education, or conference/event marketing.
• Strong direct-response copywriting tailored to educated professionals.
• Hands-on CMS experience (Squarespace) for landing pages.
• Experience with ManyChat and automation tools.
• Email marketing literacy with segmentation and QA.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Event Marketing: plan and execute campaigns for certification cohorts, conferences, webinars, and workshops.
• Email & CRM Campaigns: write and deploy newsletters, nurture sequences, and event reminders.
• Social Media & Community Management: manage multi-platform publishing and lead capture via ManyChat.
• Paid Ads Oversight: coordinate Meta, Google, and YouTube campaigns to sustain inquiries.
• Website & Content Management: update landing pages and event listings on Squarespace.
• SEO/GEO Optimization: improve visibility through keyword optimization and content syndication.
• Performance Reporting: monitor KPIs and ROI; present weekly insights to leadership.
