You will own outbound campaigns, segment audiences, monitor results, support pickup-game operations, and collaborate with local hosts. This remote role serves Latin America with a monthly base and commissions, requiring evening/weekend availability in Toronto/Eastern time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building email campaigns and automations
• Hands-on SMS experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to follow up with leads and close bookings

Aufgaben

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns to promote facility time and events
• Create audience segments by location, sport, interest, booking history
• Develop welcome, follow-up, reminder and win-back flows and track performance
• Coordinate with operations and sales to convert inquiries into bookings and renewals
• Monitor campaigns and report on inquiries, bookings and revenue
