Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance coordination, property management, or facilities coordination.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders simultaneously.
• Experience with PMS software (Buildium, AppFolio, Propertyware, Rent Manager, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming maintenance requests through multiple channels.
• Create and maintain work orders in the PMS.
• Collect all information to process requests (descriptions, photos, access, availability).
• Identify urgent issues and escalate per client procedures.
• Coordinate dispatch of vendors and schedule appointments.
• Follow up on outstanding work orders and document interactions.
• Elevate issues requiring property-manager or owner review.
• Maintain vendor records and documentation.
• Ensure effective resident communications.
