PERFILES Y SOLUCIONES LOGISTICAS S.A.S. is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to support daily final-mile transportation operations, monitor routes and deliveries, and maintain visibility across multiple systems from a fully remote environment.

The role requires at least 6 months of dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal leadership and carrier-partner managers while documenting actions and outcomes to ensure timely updates

Formación

• At least 6 months of dispatch experience is required.
• English level: B2-C1.
• Experience monitoring routes, deliveries, drivers, or transportation operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor assigned final-mile van operations, including route, delivery, and operational status.
• Review activity across multiple systems and identify potential exceptions or issues.
• Communicate with internal leadership and carrier-partner managers.
• Identify delivery and route issues and determine next actions.
• Escalate operational issues requiring higher-level decisions.
• Maintain accurate updates in systems and internal platforms.
• Follow up on open operational issues until resolved.
• Support visibility into delivery performance and route execution.
• Prioritize issues by urgency and impact.
• Document actions, escalations, and outcomes for records.
• Maintain consistent communication during the shift and participate in training.
