Job summary

MarketFully is seeking a Localization Engineer to bridge our translation team and platform engineering. You’ll ensure the in-house translation tools run smoothly and optimize how content is translated across client websites, in a fully remote role.

You don’t need to be a developer; the position values curiosity, quick learning, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates. Remote work from Argentina or Colombia is supported.

Qualifications

• You don't need to be a developer; this is a technical role.
• You can read and understand HTML.
• You can explain technical issues in simple terms.
• You have an analytical mind and enjoy spotting patterns.

Responsibilities

• Keep our in-house translation tools up, available and working properly for the translation team.
• Review content coming into the translation queue and spot patterns of repetition.
• Use regular expressions and reserve terms to translate repeated content once and reuse it.
• Turn feedback from the translation team into clear requests for our product team.
• Work with translation account managers to improve how content is handled and trained on the tool.
