BairesDev is a 100% remote technology company delivering cutting-edge solutions worldwide. We are seeking an NLP Engineer to design and architect advanced natural language processing systems at scale.

You will connect linguistic data with machine learning models to enable text classification, entity recognition, and sentiment analysis, collaborating with data science teams to translate linguistic requirements into production-ready software.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or AI/ML.
Proven expertise in building natural language processing systems including text classification and entity recognition.
Advanced proficiency in working with transformers and text processing techniques.
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy.
Strong background in designing and architecting scalable language understanding solutions.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable NLP systems using transformers and modern text processing techniques.
Develop and optimize models for entity recognition and sentiment analysis using spaCy and relevant frameworks.
Architect robust pipelines for large-scale language understanding and text classification tasks.
Collaborate with data science teams to translate complex linguistic requirements into production-ready software.
Ensure the performance and accuracy of NLP models through rigorous testing and iterative improvement.
