Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Lifecycle / CRM Marketer to own email and SMS retention from strategy through deployment in a fully remote, Latin America–aligned role.

You will design, build, test, and optimize automated flows and campaign calendars to drive lifetime value and repeat purchases, while collaborating with design and copy partners.

The position requires 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo/Shopify experience, strong English writing, and full availability during U.S. Eastern business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing email and SMS retention end to end for a high-growth DTC brand.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Strong written English and ability to work US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch automated journeys in Klaviyo, including welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase education and win-back flows.
• Own the broadcast campaign calendar end to end.
• Manage SMS broadcasts, subscriber pop-ups, and targeted sequences.
• Segment lists by history and behavior; protect inbox health.
• Collaborate with design and copy partners on assets.
• Analyze retention metrics and present weekly insights.
