Job summary

Filta in Colombia is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead client engagements and drive data‑driven email/SMS lifecycle programs. You will own strategic direction, oversee flows in Klaviyo, and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and developers to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You’ll manage 4–5 fast-paced client accounts with autonomy, while maintaining executive-level communication and applying analytics to boost LTV and repeat purchases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience.
• Account management experience in an agency setting.
• Fluency in Klaviyo and Attentive for flows, segmentation and campaigns.
• Excellent English communication for executive calls.
• Figma familiarity for light design edits and Notion for PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client calls, monthly reviews and manage high-friction conversations.
• Design and execute end-to-end email and SMS lifecycle strategies in Klaviyo.
• Perform hands-on QA, flow building and basic copy changes when needed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving as the primary account lead and strategic advisor, running client calls, monthly reviews, and handling high-friction conversations with confidence.
• Formulating and executing comprehensive email and SMS lifecycle strategies, including Klaviyo flows, advanced segmentation, and continuous testing roadmaps.
• Performing hands‑on technical execution, QA, flow building, basic Figma design edits, and minor copy updates when production bottlenecks occur.
• Project managing cross‑functional team members (copywriters, designers, developers) using Notion to ensure on‑time delivery without manager intervention.
• Interrogating e‑commerce performance data to diagnose metric dips and provide actionable, strategic recommendations.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years of lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing experience, including required account management experience within an agency setting.
• Expert-level fluency in Klaviyo and Attentive (flows, segmentation, campaigns, and integrations).
• Proven experience managing 4–5 fast‑paced client accounts with high autonomy, composure, and strong boundary‑setting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with professional presence for executive‑level calls.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Figma for light design/copy edits and Notion for project management pipeline tracking.
• Strong data analytics proficiency (GA4, Triple Whale, Looker Studio) to derive actionable insights from metrics like LTV, repeat purchase rates, and flow conversions.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with the wider Shopify e-commerce ecosystem (e.g., Yotpo, Okendo, Black Crow, Recharge).
• Familiarity with secondary ESP platforms such as Customer.io, Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
