Job summary

Paired is a global recruiting agency focused on pairing remote work with top talent. We are seeking a hands-on Email & SMS Marketing Manager to own email and SMS execution across four consumer brands. You will build flows, segments, templates, campaigns, and automation inside Klaviyo, and manage SMS end-to-end.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Retention. The ideal candidate works daily inside Klaviyo, builds campaigns directly, and drives lifecycle marketing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• Hands-on SMS marketing experience with Klaviyo SMS, Attentive, Postscript, or similar.
• DTC e-commerce experience, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pull reports and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills for short-form marketing copy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifecycle email flows across multiple DTC brands in Klaviyo.
• Create and manage email campaigns from segmentation to sending and reporting.
• Develop customer segments based on purchase history and behavior.
• Own SMS campaigns and automation using Klaviyo SMS or similar platforms.
• Grow SMS subscriber lists and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance and conduct A/B testing with measurable outcomes.
• Build reusable email templates and adapt messaging to each brand.
