Zipdev is seeking an Account Manager to lead Lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and loyalty for a portfolio of clients. You will own day-to-day management and drive strategy toward longer-term objectives, while collaborating with creative, client service and analytics teams.

You will manage campaigns, implement best practices, and deliver insights through measurement strategies and reports. A background of 5+ years in retention marketing and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in retention marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in retention marketing at an agency, brand or ad tech partner.
• Strong Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Work across a portfolio of clients managing day to day while driving strategy towards longer term objectives.
• Daily account management and optimization.
• Implementing proprietary technology and best practices.
• Driving, creating, managing, optimizing and reporting on campaigns.
• Define and implement measurement strategies and delivering insights reports.
• Interface with SBUs such as creative, client service and analytics.
