WITHIN, based in Bogotá, is seeking an Email Designer to join the Lifecycle team. You will translate brand guidelines into polished email designs across campaigns, launches, and automated journeys. Expect collaboration with strategists, copywriters, and developers in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

The role emphasizes mobile-first design, accessibility, and scalable templates. A strong portfolio and 2+ years in digital design are required, with expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally with email/CRM/e‑commerce marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work and strong visual design fundamentals
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging, high-quality email creative for a portfolio of client brands
• Translate briefs and brand guidelines into effective email designs
• Create designs for newsletters, promotions, product launches, automated journeys, and lifecycle programs
• Develop reusable email templates and modular design systems for efficiency
• Design with a mobile-first and responsive mindset for different devices
• Apply email design best practices around hierarchy, readability, accessibility, CTA placement, and conversion
• Collaborate with copywriters, lifecycle strategists, account teams, and developers from concept to execution
• Prepare and organize design files for developer handoff
• Incorporate client and internal feedback while maintaining brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients and campaigns
• Stay current on email, CRM, e-commerce, and digital design trends
