WITHIN is seeking an Email Designer to join our Lifecycle team. You will craft on-brand email experiences that engage customers and drive measurable results across campaigns, launches, and automated journeys.

You’ll translate briefs into polished designs, collaborate with strategists and developers, and apply mobile-first, accessible design principles to multi-brand campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional digital design experience, preferably in email, CRM, or e-commerce.
• Strong portfolio showing digital design fundamentals and layout.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, imagery, and brand consistency.
• Understanding of email-specific design considerations and limitations.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while elevating the creative.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating creative feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Design engaging, high-quality email creative for a portfolio of client brands.
• Translate briefs, campaign strategies, and brand guidelines into effective email designs.
• Create designs for promotional campaigns, product launches, newsletters, triggered communications, and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Develop reusable email templates and modular design systems for efficient campaigns.
• Design with a mobile-first and responsive mindset across devices.
• Apply email design best practices around hierarchy, readability, accessibility, CTA placement, and conversion.
• Partner with copywriters, Lifecycle strategists, account teams, and Email/CRM developers from concept to execution.
• Prepare and organize design files for developer handoff.
• Incorporate client and internal feedback while maintaining brand consistency and design quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients and campaigns.
• Stay current on email, CRM, e-commerce, and digital design trends.
• Use performance insights and campaign learnings to continuously improve creative approaches.
