RemoteLegalStaff is seeking an Account Executive to lead consultative conversations with U.S.-based law firms and legal departments seeking remote staffing solutions. The role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into long-term relationships, with a strong emphasis on professional communication and pipeline management.

You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients through hiring approaches and engagement options, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the account management team.

Qualifications

• Candidates must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in consultative, client-facing sales roles is required.
• Ability to run discovery calls, qualify prospects, and advance deals to close.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first contact for inbound law firm clients, guiding them through our services.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, team structure, budget, and timeline.
• Recommend engagement models and set expectations for working with RemoteLegalStaff.
• Close new client engagements and hand off to account management.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with organized follow-ups and proposals.
