Formación

• Law degree and valid license to practice in your country.
• At least 1 year of experience as a lawyer.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with online tools (video conferencing, CRM, cloud storage).

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings, agreements and motions for U.S.-legal matters.
• Prepare and file court documents and other filings.
• Review contracts for compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and manage client communications.
