Job Duck, LLC in Colombia seeks a compassionate Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking Medicaid planning, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning. This client-facing role directly impacts client experience and firm growth.

This position requires follow-up calls, CRM record-keeping, and scheduling consultations with attorneys, all while maintaining empathy and professionalism over the phone.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake, customer service, client services, call center, or phone-based support roles.
• Current experience working in a law firm is required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust over the phone.
• Ability to guide conversations naturally without sounding scripted.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic when speaking with stressed or emotional callers.
• Comfortable following structured processes and documented procedures.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining detailed records.
• Ability to type and take notes while actively engaging in a conversation.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conducting follow-up calls with prospective clients

• Gathering and verifying financial, personal, and situational information accurately
• Delivering a professional and compassionate client experience during every interaction
• Following established systems, scripts, workflows, and training protocols
• Maintaining accurate and detailed CRM records and notes
• Scheduling consultations with attorneys and advisors when appropriate
• Identifying the nature of each caller’s legal concerns
• Answering inbound calls promptly, professionally, and with empathy
