This 100% remote position requires English fluency and strong organizational skills to manage case setup, document collection, and data entry using legal software. The role observes California hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT) with paid holidays and an indefinite-term contract.

This fast-paced role emphasizes timely communication by phone and email and offers a competitive compensation package with commissions.

Formación

• 2+ years in legal settings, back-office operations or remote customer service.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to work California hours and observe US holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Case Setup & Verification: organize client case files per firm protocols.
• Insurance & Employer Confirmation: verify details for new intake cases.
• Document Follow-Up: collect missing documents for complete files.
• Team Collaboration: coordinate with Intake Specialists for smooth transitions.
• Data Entry: maintain accurate records in legal software.
