The Law Offices of John Phebus, PLLC. is seeking a Remote Client Services Specialist for the Global Intake team to guide prospective clients from initial contact through engagement.

You will build trust, perform intake interviews, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely qualification and conversion. In this fully remote role, you will manage inquiries by phone, form, chat, and referrals, maintain accurate records in Lead Docket, and support ongoing follow-up to convert qualified leads

Formación

• Experience in legal intake or related field.
• Ability to build trust with prospective clients under stress.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own first contact with prospective clients across phone, website, chat, text, and referrals.
• Conduct intake interviews and qualify matters against firm criteria.
• Initiate conflict checks and complete intake records the same business day.
• Schedule consultations, prepare intake summaries, and pursue engagement when appropriate.
• Maintain persistent follow-up until a lead is signed or appropriately closed.
• Coordinate warm handoffs to attorneys and document reasons for referrals.
• Track pipeline and provide weekly intake visibility to leadership.
• Provide backup phone coverage and route calls accurately.
• Collaborate with PI and Criminal teams and refine intake scripts.
