A growing law firm is seeking a full-time Remote Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant / Admin to support attorneys and manage caseloads. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with proven organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a structured remote environment. Key responsibilities include maintaining case files, handling client correspondence, and assisting with document preparation. Formación

• Prior experience working in a law firm or legal support role.
• Comfortable learning and using case management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a structured remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support case managers and attorneys with day-to-day tasks.
• Open, organize, and maintain digital case files.
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones.
• Handle correspondence with clients and vendors.
• Assist with scheduling and intake of new clients.

Conocimientos

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills

Ability to handle a high-volume workload
