Job summary

CORVIA CONSULTING is seeking a Remote Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support U.S.-based law firms. The role requires hands-on experience in personal injury practice, fluent English and Spanish, and strong organizational skills for managing medical records, insurance claims, and case files in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers, handle client communications in two languages, and ensure timely progress across pre-litigation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a related personal injury legal support role.
• Experience in a personal injury law firm is required.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of personal injury case workflows and pre-litigation processes.
• Must be located outside of the United States and available during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and case support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files.
• Review, organize, and upload medical records, billing statements, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documentation.
• Track case deadlines, treatment updates, records requests, and outstanding documentation.
• Prepare case summaries, timelines, chronologies, and other supporting documentation.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in English and Spanish.
