The role emphasizes clear communication, structured coordination, and high-quality customer service, contributing to smooth hand-offs to onsite U.S. teams and ongoing leasing operations.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, or call centers.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and scheduling platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Gather key information from prospective residents via phone and email.
• Create and update Guest Cards and contact records.
• Schedule in-person tours with onsite leasing teams.
• Answer questions and guide residents through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate notes and track conversations.
• Coordinate with U.S. property management teams.
• Support leasing workflows with additional tasks as needed.
