Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Hiring Journey Associate to provide a positive candidate experience and facilitate smooth recruitment processes. You will be the main touchpoint between candidates and our global teams, guiding applicants through the pipeline and coordinating interviews with clients.

The role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive compensation in USD or local currency, plus home setup support and ongoing mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, following up on their process and helping ensure their engagement, acting as a contact point and building relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain records of applicants' information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and fit.
• Support candidates before interviews with clients, help coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates, and participate in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests, and assessments while maintaining candidates' interest.
• Gather and communicate candidate experience and information for potential fits so that our Staffing team can make informed decisions.

Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev

As a Hiring Journey Associate, you'll help provide a positive hiring experience for candidates while supporting a smooth and efficient process to meet client needs. You'll be a contact point for communications between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping advance them within the recruiting process for both internal and external client openings.
