Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and act as the main contact throughout the process.
• Keep detailed records of applicants' resumes, assignments, and evaluations.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and coding challenges with candidates and clients.
• Schedule interviews, tests, and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Communicate candidate information to Staffing team for allocation.
