HireHawk Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Lead Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers. You will handle inbound calls, answer questions about flooring services, gather lead details, and enter information into our system with accuracy.

The role requires excellent spoken English and a customer-first attitude for remote operations. You'll capture opportunities, route them to the right team, and maintain timely follow-up.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or lead intake roles.
• Ability to handle high volume inbound calls with professionalism.
• Strong listening skills and data accuracy for lead capture.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from customers professionally.
• Answer basic questions about services and processes.
• Gather and qualify lead information, including needs and timelines.
• Enter and maintain customer and lead data in the system.
• Route qualified leads to the appropriate team and ensure follow-up.
