Toddle, an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools, is hiring a School Success Manager to onboard and train 50–60 partner schools and drive engagement. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure schools get maximum value and happiness from Toddle.

The role emphasizes proactive support, training content creation, and data-driven improvements, with a fully remote setup available for candidates in Colombia or Mexico.

Formación

• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Experience in a similar role in a B2B organisation is a plus.
• Strong interest in technology's impact on education.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard 50–60 schools and set up accounts.
• Train schools on using Toddle effectively.
• Engage proactively to maximize usage and happiness of partner schools.
• Cater to training requests and coordinate bug/requests closure.
• Analyse usage data and maintain academic calendars for partner schools.
