Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to LATAM clients via chat, tickets, phone, and email.
• Assist clients with product information and service queries.
• Escalate platform issues to relevant departments (Libertex, MT4, MT5).
• Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and time management.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve problems.
• Coordinate with compliance on complaints.
• Provide documents and materials for client services registration.
• Address client requests and maintain high service levels.
• Promote products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Support teamwork to achieve KPIs.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
