Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Must be based in LATAM with strong understanding of local customer behavior.
• Prior experience in FX/CFD or related industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and accurate support to customers through live chat, e-mail, and phone.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions.
• Support LATAM clients with understanding of local service expectations.
