IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads, delivering study objectives with speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will oversee global project deliverables, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a Lead role, and strong English communication. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and contribute to analytics

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage IPs, risk, and mitigations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis, and action plans.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools/templates for quality and integrity of studies.
