IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will lead the centralized monitoring team, ensuring delivery quality, speed, and cost efficiency while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical deliverables, risk mitigation, and resource management across global projects. The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring, +2 years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and prioritize work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables globally.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when required and manage IP with risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources including CRAs and Centralized Monitors.
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics, including triggers/thresholds.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
