IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive oversight of clinical deliverables for LATAM projects in a fully remote capacity. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost, ensuring adherence to IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leadership in a global setting, advanced English, and strong analytical skills. Accountability includes RBM tools, trend analysis, and study management planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Administrators).
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics for study execution.
