IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, supporting global projects from a remote location. You will lead a centralized monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, and ensure adherence to protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

English fluency is mandatory, and prior leadership in clinical monitoring is required. You will coordinate with project teams, manage resources, and contribute to advanced analytics efforts while maintaining documentation and RBM practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Analyze study/site metrics, develop analytics strategies, and support monitoring strategy.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide inputs for continuous process improvements.
