IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM who can oversee global clinical monitoring delivery from a remote setup. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and client expectations.

The role requires leadership over CRAs and trial staff across multiple projects, development of monitoring analytics, and mentoring junior team members.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• Strong written and verbal English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Manage resources including CRAs, Central Monitors, and trial staff.
• Develop analytics strategies and monitoring triggers.
• Attend study team and client meetings.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
• Mentor junior staff.
