IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for remote placement. The role partners with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

Responsibilities include leading the monitoring team, managing resources, and shaping analytics and RBM strategy. The candidate should have 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, strong English, and a life sciences degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risks and mitigations, including IP management and potential re-supply or regulatory steps.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, project staff).
• Develop study analytics strategies and support RBM tooling and templates.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and support continuous process improvements.
