IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee remote clinical monitoring activities across global projects, ensuring high quality, compliant delivery and risk mitigation. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive study performance while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication. This is a remote LATAM opportunity with global exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role with strong English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and provide oversight on clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies including IP management and regulatory considerations.
• Lead study teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers, and RBM tools in collaboration with project teams.
• Attend study team or client meetings and support continuous process improvements.
