Right Hook Digital is hiring a Klaviyo Email Specialist located in Colombia. This role is key to executing lifecycle strategies, managing email and SMS campaigns across various US DTC brands. Responsibilities include building campaigns, maintaining the campaign calendar, and collaborating with clients and teams. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Klaviyo experience, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. The company offers a culture centered on growth and support.

Formación

• 1+ year of hands-on Klaviyo experience including campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting.
• 6+ months of agency experience or managing multiple clients.
• Attention to detail; able to catch errors before they go live.
• Clear communication skills to write updates and briefs.
• Strong project management skills and ClickUp experience is a plus.
• SMS experience in Klaviyo or Postscript is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.
• Setup Klaviyo accounts for new clients and manage the campaign calendar.
• Write briefs for design and oversee the email design process.
• Compile monthly performance reports for email and SMS.
• Communicate with clients on approvals and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Retention Strategist and design pod.
