INGEPSY is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle inside Klaviyo for a data-first growth marketing agency serving a focused roster of e-commerce and DTC brands. You will build flows, run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and convert performance data into client-ready reporting.

This is a hands-on role with ownership of campaign performance across multiple client accounts.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing execution, ideally in a fast-paced agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
• Deep expertise in Klaviyo for campaign setup, flow building, segmentation, and analytics.
• 2+ years of experience working with Shopify.
• Demonstrated experience creating and launching A/B tests and reporting their impact clearly.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills including data export, templates, formulas, and clean formatting.
• Ability to turn performance data into client-ready slides with charts and bullets.
• Fluent written and spoken English; available US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Schedule campaigns across client accounts and ensure timely launches with correct assets.
• Configure dynamic content blocks and conditional logic within campaigns for relevance.
• Manage email flows and automations, including triggers and timing; support SMS in Klaviyo.
• Build targeted audience segments using Klaviyo filters and attributes; maintain list hygiene.
• Set up and run A/B tests; track performance and report insights to clients.
