Email Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to manage daily email operations, reporting, and automation builds for multiple eCommerce clients. This is a hands‑on Klaviyo role focused on broadcast scheduling, automation audits, performance tracking, and working with creative teams to execute campaigns. You must already have Klaviyo experience and be comfortable owning the day‑to‑day workflow across several accounts. Full‑time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH‑SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am–5pm EST or MST.

Key Responsibilities

• Log into client Klaviyo accounts daily to review prior‑day performance metrics and deliver reports to the CEO.
• Schedule upcoming broadcasts and ensure all planned sends are properly queued and QA’d.
• Build new email campaigns, automations, and flow diagrams based on client strategy and internal direction.
• Conduct weekly audits of all active automations to ensure triggers, filters, and logic are functioning correctly.
• Work with designers, copywriters, and creative teams to assemble campaigns and ensure assets are delivered on time.
• Document automation logic and campaign flow mapping in Miro.
• Set up and maintain email automations, test new experiments, and implement optimizations.
• Support light account management tasks, helping each client maintain consistent communication and execution.
• Collaborate with internal tools such as Omnisend, Postscript, Zenlane, and Klaviyo.
• Adapt quickly to how each client operates and proactively flag issues, opportunities, or broken flows.
• Take on ad hoc email and reporting tasks as needed.

Key Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM execution, or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of email performance metrics and how to interpret them.
• Comfortable managing multiple eCommerce accounts simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and creative teams.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive, able to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain campaign pipelines and reporting.
• Must own and be able to use a working computer with high‑speed internet.
• Must be ENGLISH‑SPEAKING.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Omnisend, Postscript, Zenlane.
• Experience mapping automation flows in Miro.
