CrucialPoint is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead retention-focused email programs for enterprise ecommerce clients. You will design and execute Klaviyo-driven campaigns, optimize flows, and partner with clients to translate business needs into effective strategies that drive engagement, revenue, and loyalty.

Formación

• B2C experience with enterprise ecommerce
• Minimum of three (3) years managing or heavily involved in Email Retention Marketing for a B2C eCommerce brand
• Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo including predictive analytics, custom flow logic, segmentation, and SMS integration
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic coding principles for email design within Klaviyo
• Familiarity with CRM, CDPs, eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights and drive ROI
• Experience with larger brands as retention marketing manager preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in remote work environments is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo
• Optimize automated email flows (welcome, cart, win-back) and signup forms to maximize acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Create content calendars aligned with client objectives for consistent messaging
• Collaborate with clients and Client Success Managers to translate requirements into campaigns
• Manage Klaviyo setups, integrations (Shopify, CDPs, custom tech stacks) and account infrastructure
• Conduct audits to resolve deliverability, responsive design, and personalization issues
• Monitor lifecycle metrics via Klaviyo analytics and Google Analytics; provide data-driven recommendations
• Produce accurate reports and identify revenue opportunities for clients
