You will mentor teams, manage budgets, align with IT strategy, and build strong client partnerships while maintaining high service quality and delivery velocity.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering management or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Client-focused mindset with relationship-building abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and financials.
• Experience implementing and managing Agile methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance organizational effectiveness by implementing strategic technology delivery plans.
• Coordinate project planning and monitor deliverables with coaching and mentorship.
• Establish reliable communication channels and build strong team relationships.
• Assess and improve billable utilization and support capacity planning.
• Identify growth opportunities within client relationships and deliver measurable value.
• Support IT strategy development and evaluate project outcomes with trend analysis.
• Contribute to forecasting, budgets, and cost control.
• Ensure service quality by upholding organizational standards.
• Deliver exceptional results and meet project commitments.
