Job summary

Royal York Property Management is seeking an experienced Account Executive/Inside Sales professional to handle inbound inquiries from property owners and guide them through the sales process. You will qualify needs, present services, run on-camera demos, and close qualified owners, all from a remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in inbound or consultative sales, strong English communication, and a proven track record closing warm inbound leads via phone or video calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; required for candidates without strong equivalent sales experience.
• 3-5+ years in inbound/consultative/inside sales, or high-ticket service sales.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads over the phone or via video/demo calls.
• Comfortable on camera during professional demo calls with clients.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries from property owners interested in management services.
• Qualify owner needs, property details, timeline and urgency.
• Explain services clearly and professionally.
• Run on-camera demo calls with prospective clients.
• Present professionally on video calls with owners.
• Build trust and explain value of professional management.
• Close qualified property owners and guide next steps.
• Follow up with owners who have not moved forward.
• Maintain clean CRM records and update notes and tasks.
• Manage multiple active leads and conversations simultaneously.
• Identify stalled opportunities and owner concerns.
• Coordinate internally to support client experience.
• Escalate issues early to protect the client experience.
