Job summary

Solvo Global Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to support client intake, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, and day-to-day home care operations for a U.S.-based agency.

You will conduct client intake and follow-up calls, coordinate caregiver schedules, manage call-outs, support onboarding and admin processes, and maintain CRM and scheduling records while communicating with clients, families, and caregivers. This is a remote role with 40 hours per week, aligned to U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a U.S.-based Home Care agency.
• Experience in scheduling, staffing, client intake, admissions, or care coordination.
• Advanced English (C1+).
• Experience with CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours.

Responsibilities
